Insurance products arranged through Clay Anders Insurance Services Inc. are issued through third-party insurance carriers. All refund and cancellation procedures are therefore subject to the specific policies of the issuing carrier in addition to applicable state insurance regulations.

Submission of a refund or cancellation request does not guarantee approval or the issuance of a refund. All requests are subject to review, carrier approval, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Clay Anders Insurance Services Inc. will communicate the outcome of any refund request in a timely manner.

7Fraud Prevention

All refund requests are subject to review for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes. We reserve the right to delay or deny any refund request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of policy terms.

8Carrier Authority

Insurance carriers maintain independent refund and cancellation policies that may supersede agency procedures where applicable. Clay Anders Insurance Services Inc. acts as an intermediary and will advocate on behalf of clients, but ultimate authority over premium refunds rests with the issuing insurance carrier.
